The Challenge

Reg Williams, founder of Confirmed Buyers, came to us with a big idea for a new real estate system that could be revolutionary enough to truly “give buyers a voice”. He had tried going through an “all-in-one” place, and it hadn’t gotten him where he needed to be. He needed our help, so we set these goals for the first phase:

The Process

Reg didn’t have anything other than a domain name. We had a blank canvas, and he was brave enough to let us run with it.

Logo and Branding

We connected Reg with our friends over at Buzzbomb Creative to handle the logo and branding. You can read more about their process and results at their website.

Landing Page and Mailing List

For the landing page, we wanted something simple, responsive, and easy enough for both agents and homebuyers to understand and engage with. We also set Reg up with an account on MailChimp a branded template, and embedded forms to sign up from the landing page.

Copywriting

We love writing copy. The copy for the site had to be simple, and (most importantly) it had to whittle pages and pages of complex business plan documentation down to a few bullet points. We worked with Reg to eliminate all of the “real estate lingo”, and explain his idea in as few words as possible (but no fewer).

The Results

Reg has been able to show the site to enough people to get some real interest, and he’s launching the first phase later this year.
